These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777sz ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services offered at 777sz.io, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, crash games, virtual sports, account management facilities, bonus programs, and payment processing services.

Each player is permitted to hold one Account only on the 777sz platform. Duplicate accounts — including accounts opened using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 777sz reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit any associated balances, and permanently ban the player.

All deposits to 777sz accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are accepted on the Platform:

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. 777sz does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any funds received from a payment method not registered to the Account holder will be returned and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

777sz does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 777sz accepts no liability. All deposits are processed immediately upon confirmation and credited to your Account balance in real time.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. Minimum withdrawal amounts are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Upay: ৳500 minimum withdrawal
• Rocket: ৳600 minimum withdrawal
• Visa / Mastercard: ৳1,000 minimum withdrawal

All withdrawal requests are subject to a standard KYC (Know Your Customer) verification review. Subsequent withdrawals may be processed without re-verification unless the Account has been flagged for review.

All games and betting markets offered on the 777sz platform operate under the following general rules:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777sz platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following activities will have their Account suspended immediately and all associated balances may be forfeited pending investigation:

777sz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 21 years of age
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request
• Extended inactivity (accounts with zero balance inactive for 24+ consecutive months)

Players wishing to close their own Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within five business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure.
